Originally from Big Sky, Montana, Dan grew up in a family that is heavily involved in the local real estate industry. Following completion of high school at Bozeman High, Dan attended the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate Studies. After several years of working with a commercial real estate appraisal firm in Minnesota, Dan spent the next decade of his professional career as an associate appraiser in Bozeman, Montana where he specialized in commercial and recreational property valuation assignments. Dan co-founded Montana Appraisal Partners in 2023 and is proud to call Southwest Montana home where he lives with his wife and two sons.

RJ graduated from Augusta High School in Augusta, Montana before attending Montana State University in Bozeman. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance with honors after a student exchange to the University of Hawaii. He began his professional career in commercial banking while still attending Montana State, starting as a Credit Analyst Intern and eventually moving up the ranks to Commercial Lender. After nearly seven years at the bank, RJ had the opportunity to transition to the appraisal business where he has been happily working since 2021. RJ lives in Bozeman with his wife Megan and son Cooper. He enjoys camping, mountain biking, fishing, and skiing, and tries to make it back to Augusta as often as possible.
